Role Description The Counselor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Counselor will guide students through the entire overseas education process, including understanding academic goals, suggesting suitable programs and universities, and explaining admission requirements.
Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, reviewing student profiles, assisting with application documentation, and tracking deadlines. The Counselor will collaborate closely with students and families to provide transparent information on admission processes, scholarships, and financial planning, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth visa and pre-departure support. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up with prospective students, and contributing to outreach activities such as information sessions or seminars.
