Job Overview

* Designation: Sales Associate : Team Europe
* Experience: 0–4 Years
* Location: Gurgaon
* Working Days: Monday to Sunday (5.5 days)
* Shift: Rotational shifts
* Preference: Immediate joiners and candidates with prior experience in handling international clients will be preferred.
* Key Requirement: Experience in handling international clients is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Communication & Relationship Management

* Communicate with students and international clients through emails, calls, messages, and other channels to understand their accommodation requirements.
* Build and maintain robust relationships with students, accommodation providers, and internal teams.
* Provide timely responses,



regular follow-ups, and end-to-end support to ensure a smooth customer experience.

2. Sales & Lead Management

* Manage and process incoming leads on the Casita platform accurately and efficiently.
* Assist students throughout the booking journey, addressing their queries and helping them identify suitable accommodation options.
* Use effective communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills to convert leads into successful bookings.
* Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely updates in internal systems.

3. Client Satisfaction & Problem Resolution

* Identify customer concerns and accommodation-related challenges, and recommend suitable solutions.
* Resolve queries promptly while maintaining high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
* Proactively follow up with students to provide assistance at different stages of their association with Casita.
