Role Description The Negotiation Skills Trainer in Bengaluru is a full-time, on-site role responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions focused on negotiation, communication, and related soft skills for corporate clients.



Day-to-day tasks include conducting interactive workshops, developing training content and materials, customizing programs based on client requirements, and facilitating role plays, simulations, and group exercises to build practical negotiation capabilities. The trainer will assess participants’ skill levels, provide constructive feedback, and track learning outcomes to ensure measurable improvement. This role also involves collaborating with the training and sales teams to refine offerings, staying updated on negotiation best practices and industry trends, and maintaining professional relationships with client stakeholders.
