222 Lab is a design-led creative lab building brands, digital experiences and visual identities from the ground up. We work across branding, design, digital, content and creative strategy.
We're looking for a visually driven, ambitious individual to work directly with the founder and help build the business.

The role
A 50/50 split between visual design and the Founder’s Office, combining creative execution with strategy and operations.

What you’ll work on
• Brand & visual design: Brand identities, logos, typography, layouts, packaging and visual systems.
• Social & personal brand: Reels, hooks, concepts, scripts and creatives for 222 Lab and the founder.
• Marketing & creative: Campaigns, presentations, motion, video and websites.
• Creative direction: Moodboards, references, concepts and visual direction.
• Founder’s Office: Research, strategy, outreach, content planning, coordination and execution.
• AI & experimentation: Using tools like Midjourney, Runway and Firefly to improve creative workflows.

What we’re looking for
• Robust visual design fundamentals and an exceptional eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Understanding of branding, typography, composition and visual systems.
• A fast learner who takes ownership, thinks independently and executes.
• Comfortable experimenting with AI tools and emerging creative workflows.
• A portfolio showcasing branding, identity, typography or social/print design.

Figma is a plus, but this is a visual design role, not a UI/UX internship.
