Role Description The Senior Collection Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dehradun. The person in this role will oversee end-to-end collections activities, including managing portfolios, tracking overdue accounts, and implementing strategies to optimize recovery while maintaining positive customer relationships.



Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring collection teams, setting and monitoring collection targets, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company policies. The Senior Collection Manager will analyze collection performance data, prepare periodic reports for leadership, and collaborate with credit, operations, and risk teams to refine processes and reduce delinquency. This role also involves resolving complex customer issues, negotiating repayment plans, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the collections function.
