About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to work closely with our CRO and Sales Leadership team and take ownership of key marketing initiatives at Techademy.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who understands B2B marketing, brand building, demand generation, content, events, social media, and customer marketing.
The person will work closely with the CRO to identify and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen Techademy's brand, support sales, improve market visibility, and create opportunities for customer acquisition.

We are looking for someone who can think strategically but is equally comfortable getting things done — whether that means identifying the right industry event, managing our LinkedIn presence, developing a customer case study, working with Sales on a campaign, or coordinating with external partners and agencies.

What You'll Do
1. Brand & Market Presence




• Help strengthen and grow Techademy's brand presence across relevant B2B, technology, HR, L&D; and enterprise communities.
• Develop and execute initiatives that increase brand awareness and visibility among our target customers.
• Identify relevant industry conversations, trends, platforms, communities and opportunities where Techademy should have a presence.
• Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across marketing channels and customer-facing materials.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify recent opportunities for brand and market positioning.
• Help build Techademy's voice and presence across relevant digital and industry platforms.

2. Events & Industry Presence
• Identify and evaluate industry conferences, events, roundtables, webinars, forums and sponsorship opportunities that Techademy should participate in.
• Build an annual/quarterly event calendar based on target industries, customers and business priorities.
