About the RoleWe're looking for a Video Editor Intern who loves storytelling, has a strong visual sense, and spends enough time on the internet to know what makes content worth watching.
You'll work closely with our creative team on founder-led content, brand storytelling, social media videos, and visual research.
This isn't just about cutting clips together. We want someone who can bring ideas to life through editing.
What You'll Do• Video Editing: Edit Instagram Reels, founder-led videos, interviews, behind-the-scenes content, and other short-form videos.




• Founder's Content: Turn raw footage, conversations, and everyday moments into engaging, well-paced stories.
• Moodboarding & Research: Build visual moodboards, find creative references, and explore editing styles for upcoming shoots and content.
• Creative Storytelling: Experiment with transitions, sound design, pacing, typography, and visual treatments.
• Social Media Content: Work on content for brands like Mohena, Arcainist, and other upcoming projects.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with strategists, designers, and the production team to translate ideas into videos.
• Trendspotting: Stay updated with emerging formats, editing techniques, creators, and internet culture.

What We're Looking For• Basic to good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• A good understanding of pacing, music, transitions, and storytelling.
• An eye for aes
