Role Description The Service Delivery Leader – South East, based in Raleigh, NC,



is a full-time role responsible for overseeing service delivery across client accounts in the Southeast region. This position manages day-to-day operations to ensure consistent, high-quality technology services, including coordination of infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital workplace support activities. The Service Delivery Leader will monitor performance against service level agreements, resolve escalated issues, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain customer satisfaction and operational stability. The role includes guiding and coaching service teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and aligning delivery practices with Silver Tree’s unified operating model. This individual also partners with client stakeholders to understand business needs, communicate status and risks, and support planning for future technology and AI-driven initiatives.
