Role Description This is a full-time, in office Celebrity Sourcing Internship role based in Mumbai. The intern will support the identification and outreach of suitable celebrities and influencers for brand campaigns, events, and collaborations. Daily responsibilities include maintaining databases of talent, tracking celebrity activity and trends, coordinating with internal teams to understand campaign needs,
and assisting in preparing proposals and pitch materials. The role also involves supporting negotiations and documentation, helping manage communication with talent representatives, and monitoring the performance and visibility of ongoing collaborations. The intern will work closely with the PR and brand strategy teams to ensure that all partnerships align with client objectives and brand positioning.
Qualifications
-Agency experience in Celeb sourcing
• Strong analytical skills to research celebrities, assess brand fit, and track campaign performance.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, talent representatives, and external partners.
• Basic understanding of contract negotiation and procurement to support collaboration agreements and talent onboarding.
• Interest or experience in recruiting or talent sourcing, especially within entertainment, fashion, or influencer marketing.
