We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive property sales, manage client relationships, and achieve monthly and annual business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and proven team-management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate business and improve conversions.
Handle incoming leads from digital marketing, referrals, channel partners and other sources.
Monitor the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-up to site visits, negotiations and closures.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely movement through the sales pipeline.
Plan and coordinate property site visits and client meetings.
Guide the sales team on product presentation, pricing,
negotiation and closing techniques.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with investors, channel partners and property consultants.
Track individual and team performance through regular reviews and sales reports.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports and daily/weekly/monthly performance updates.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, property prices and customer preferences.
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, accounts and management teams for smooth execution of sales activities.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the sales process.
Achieve individual as well as team revenue and booking targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing will be an advantage.
3–7 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential or commercial property.
Proven track record of achieving sales
