The role
Build the top of our sales funnel: research target accounts, find and verify decision-makers, keep the prospect database clean, and make outbound calls to book meetings for the sales team.
What you will do
• Identify target companies in BFSI and other regulated sectors and map decision-makers(CISOs, CROs, CFOs, heads of IT, risk and compliance) via LinkedIn, websites and industry sources.
• Capture, verify and maintain contact data in the CRM.
• Make a set daily volume of outbound calls, introduce TrustSphere, qualify interest and book discovery meetings.
• Follow up by email and LinkedIn, and log every outcome the same day.
• Share objections and market feedback with the sales and product teams.

• Verified contacts added per week
• Call volume and connect rate
• Qualified meetings booked per month
• Data accuracy and CRM hygiene

Who you are
• Student or recent graduate in business, commerce or marketing.
• Transparent spoken and written English; Kannada or Hindi a plus.
• Comfortable with high call volumes and rejection.
• Strong attention to detail in spreadsheets and data entry.
• Curious about enterprise tech, cybersecurity or GRC — no prior knowledge needed; we train you.
• Tele-calling or lead-generation experience is a plus, not a requirement.
