Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
* Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. Naukri, Indeed, Shine and Linkedin etc..)
* Act as a consultant to recent hires and help them onboard.
* Will be responsible for employee life cycle management.
* Organize and conduct induction sessions.
* Monitor key HR metrics, including time‐to‐fill, time‐to‐hire and source of hire.
* Resolve complex employee relation issues and address grievances.
* Update and maintain training and induction records.
* Coordinate and conduct employee engagement and R & R events.
* Should assist in day‐to‐day HR activities.
What You Need to Succeed
* B.Com/ BMS (Any Graduate)
* MBA preferred.
