About The Role

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to lead the finance and operations functions of our manufacturing facility. This is a leadership role with end-to-end accountability for financial management, statutory compliance, inventory control, cost management, and plant operations. The role holder will act as a key partner to senior management,



translating operational performance into financial insight and driving efficiency, control, and profitability across the plant.

What Makes The Role Successful

• Financial Management & Reporting
• Lead all accounting functions, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and banking.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards / Ind AS.
• Deliver monthly MIS, management reports, and variance analysis with actionable commentary.
• Own the annual budgeting and forecasting process and track actual performance against budget.
• Manage working capital, cash flow planning, and fund requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for statutory, internal, and tax auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance under GST, TDS, the Income Tax Act, and the Companies Act.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation
