Key Responsibilities
• Gather and synthesize business requirements for regulatory reporting initiatives, with emphasis on FRB TIC Series B & D Reports, TIC S series, and 2420 reports, leveraging AI tools to enhance analysis speed and insight depth
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Audit, and Technology to identify opportunities for AIdriven efficiency improvements and process optimization in requirement gathering workflows
• Design and architect data retrieval solutions using SQL and Python to support requirements analysis, enabling the team to extract and analyze complex datasets from multi platform finance systems
• Conduct root cause and gap analyses of existing regulatory reporting processes, documenting findings and translating them into transparent technical and functional specifications
• Collaborate with development teams to validate
