Role Description The Associate – Expert Onboarding is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. In this position, the associate will identify and reach out to potential industry experts, introduce them to The Xpressviews platform, and guide them through the onboarding process. Daily tasks include researching relevant profiles, coordinating communication via email and phone, managing expert data records, and ensuring all documentation and agreements are completed accurately.



The associate will collaborate with internal teams to match experts with client needs, support scheduling of expert consultations, and help maintain a positive expert experience. The role also involves tracking onboarding metrics, following standardized procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement of the onboarding workflow.
