Designs and tags data quality rules in a way that's reusable and framework-driven, similar to how their existing data pipelines were built. Ideal candidate profile: Solid Python engineering skills (not just a data engineer — ideally a data quality/data modeling + data warehouse engineer background). Experience building custom data validation/governance frameworks from scratch (vs. configuring an off-the-shelf tool like Informatica or Validator).
