Senior SRE & Dev Ops Architect

Kestra is seeking an experienced Senior SRE & Dev Ops Architect to join our Advisor Platform Architecture & Engineering organization. In this role, you will design, implement, and evolve modern Dev Ops, Platform Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering capabilities that improve software delivery, operational resilience, and developer productivity across the enterprise.
You will work closely with Software Engineering, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and Product teams to build scalable cloud platforms, automated delivery pipelines, observability solutions, and reliability practices that support Kestra's Advisor Platform and Home Office applications.

What You'll Do

Design and implement modern Dev Ops and Platform Engineering solutions that simplify software development, deployment, and operations. Build and enhance Internal Developer Platform (IDP) capabilities using technologies such as Backstage, Service Catalogs, reusable templates, and self-service automation.



Develop reusable CI/CD pipelines and engineering standards across technologies including. NET, APIs, Azure, Salesforce, Sitecore, Power BI, databases, and containerized applications. Partner with engineering teams to implement Git Hub Enterprise standards, branching strategies, repository governance, and software delivery best practices. Design and develop Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) solutions using Bicep, Terraform, ARM Templates, Power Shell, and Azure CLI. Enable self-service infrastructure provisioning, deployment automation, setting management, and operational tooling. Implement and mature Site Reliability Engineering practices including SLI/SLO frameworks, error budgets, incident management, operational readiness, and service resiliency. Design and deploy enterprise observability solutions leveraging Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Grafana, Open Telemetry, and KQL. Build automated monito
