BeasyFit delivers high-quality virtual coaching to make fitness and nutrition simple, accessible, and results-driven. As we scale our team, we are looking for a sharp, driven Talent Acquisition Executive to help us identify and hire top-tier talent.

What You'll Do
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full talent acquisition cycle; from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Volume Hiring: Successfully source and close 8 to 10 positions per month to support rapid organisational growth.
• Candidate Sourcing: Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and direct outreach to build a strong pipeline of active and passive talent.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, refine job specifications, and align on hiring timelines.
• Candidate Experience:



Maintain transparent, prompt, and engaging communication with candidates to ensure a smooth, professional hiring journey.

What You Need
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of full-time, hands-on experience in pure end-to-end recruitment.
• Track Record: Proven ability to source, manage pipelines, and consistently meet hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry Advantage: Prior experience recruiting within the Health, Wellness, or Fitness sectors is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong candidate assessment skills, proficiency with hiring platforms and recruitment tools, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
