What Youll Be Doing (position summary):
This role is responsible to fulfill requests for Retail deposit accounts and investment products across all channels including Simplii Financial. Requests are fulfilled under 3 key services, Account Fulfillment, Account Servicing and Suspense Account Management These services need to be delivered efficiently, accurately, and within defined Service Level Metrics. The role supports superior customer service by maintaining high standards of productivity and compliance with company policies and process changes.

How Youll Succeed (responsibilities):
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS Consistently meet or exceed Service Level Metrics (productivity, accuracy, timeliness) and process all applications within committed turnaround times (TAT) Achieve individual and team goals on a daily, monthly,
and yearly basis Escalate operational issues promptly to supervisors for timely resolution Adhere to company policies, including Clean Desk and Information Security, and report any violations Stay updated with process changes Strive to achieve subject matter expertise within the team Assist team leads as required in their job functions Leaders of the supported SBUs and LOBs COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES As an employee of CIBC, the incumbent must comply with all applicable CIBC and Line of Business policies, standards, guidelines and controls AUTHORITIES/DECISION RIGHTS
