Specialist Assistant Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis
Join Deloitte’s Financial Planning and Analysis organization as a Specialist Assistant Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis. You will partner with Enterprise Solutions leadership to turn financial data into insights that inform planning, investments, and strategic decisions. This role offers the chance to shape forecasts, communicate findings to executive stakeholders, and improve finance reporting and processes.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis on the Enterprise Solutions Finance Business Partner team, you will be responsible for:
• Prepare plans, forecasts, budgets, and analyses for Enterprise Solutions leadership.
• Perform variance analysis on in-flight projects and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze investments and financial results to explain profitability, performance drivers, and projected outcomes.
• Use data analysis to identify trends and develop executive presentations and supporting materials for leadership decision-making.




• Develop project plans, milestones, and metrics while collaborating across finance and business teams to improve management reporting, processes, and tools.

The team
Financial Planning and Analysis supports business, market, and enabling-area leaders with financial information for decision-making. The Enterprise Solutions Finance Business Partner team works with leaders to translate strategy into plans, explain the story behind financial results, and respond to changing business needs. This role supports Enterprise Solutions leadership and Deloitte Technology in the United States.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a discipline with finance or accounting coursework.
• 6+ years of finance experience.
• Experience preparing financial reports and analyzing financial performa
