Senior Analyst – Global Strategy, Innovation and Public Policy (USI)
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities, global awareness, and an interest in public policy and geopolitical developments to join Deloitte’s Global Strategy, Innovation and Public Policy (SIPP) team in India. This role offers the opportunity to analyze public policy developments, geopolitical trends, and global macroeconomic shifts, and assess their implications for Deloitte’s business, clients, and strategic priorities.

• Conduct horizon scanning across regions and sectors to identify public policy, geopolitical, regulatory, and macroeconomic developments.
• Analyze the business implications of external developments for Deloitte, its clients, and strategic priorities, including identified risks and opportunities.




• Own end-to-end research work products by conducting research, analyzing evidence, synthesizing findings, and drafting executive-ready outputs.
• Prepare executive briefs, risk assessments, strategic recommendations, dashboards, and visual artifacts that translate complex trends into explicit insights.
• Collaborate with global and cross-functional stakeholders and apply structured problem-solving and analytical frameworks to support decision-making under uncertainty.

Our Global Strategy, Innovation and Public Policy (SIPP) organization sits at the core of the Firm’s strategy, working closely with member firms, industries, and practice areas to shape Deloitte’s long-term global positioning.
