About the Role

• Demand generation engine of our international outbound motion, covering UAE, India, APAC, Europe, GCC and the Americas

• Research target companies in our focus industries and develop interest into sales-ready opportunities

• Move each contact from Prospect (MQL) to a sales-qualified lead (SQL) that Sales accepts, with a meeting on the calendar

• Full-cycle prospecting seat: you own the bridge into Sales, you do not negotiate or close, and you carry no pricing authority

• Fully digital and desk-based, with no field visits

Research and Target

• Identify and research target companies across all markets against the defined ideal customer profile (ICP)

• Build and maintain target account lists by market





• Map the decision-makers and buying committee in each account

Enrich and Maintain Data

• Source and validate contact information using approved tools

• Keep every prospect record in CRM accurate, complete and up to date, tagged by market

Pitch and Develop

• Reach out by email, LinkedIn, phone and WhatsApp (where applicable)

• Personalise every message to the account and its market, and follow the defined sequences and cadences

• Open real conversations with plant, EHS, safety and procurement buyers

Qualify MQL to SQL

• Run a structured qualification against the criteria set by management and Sales for each market

• Capture buying signals and make an honest qualify or reject call on every lead

• Understand each account's scope and potential

Fix the Meeting

• Secure a genuine meeting or next step with Sales across time zones and hand over cleanly

• Move real opportunities forward, not just pricing requests
