About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Strategist & Brand Creator who can take Tushar Gems from a traditional jewellery/gemstone business to a strong, trusted and recognizable brand across Digital, OTT, Radio, PR and other media platforms.

The person should not only execute marketing activities but should think like a brand builder—understanding the customer, creating the right story, planning campaigns, managing budgets and measuring business results.

What We Expect From You

You will be responsible for:

* Creating the overall annual and monthly marketing strategy
* Preparing monthly media plans with proper budget allocation
* Planning campaigns across YouTube, OTT, FM Radio, Meta, Google and other platforms
* Building the Tushar Gems and GEMWIX brand identity
* Developing brand stories, campaigns, taglines and content ideas
* Creating and managing Gemwix music/brand content
* Briefing and coordinating with advertising agencies, production houses and influencers
* Planning and managing ad films,



reels and promotional campaigns
* Building PR opportunities through newspapers, digital media, magazines, TV and local partnerships
* Working closely with the digital/social media team
* Tracking Leads, CAC, ROAS, Sales and ROI
* Preparing a monthly marketing performance report
* Continuously finding new opportunities to increase brand awareness and sales

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO BRING

We are looking for someone who can say:

“Give me a budget, a target customer and a business objective—I will create the strategy, execute it and show you the results.”

You should have:

* 4–7 years of marketing/brand management experience
* ATL/BTL/Digital marketing experience
* Experience with YouTube, OTT, Radio or large-scale campaigns is preferred
* Jewellery, luxury, lifestyle or retail experience is a strong advantage
* Strong understanding of video/ad-film production
* Ability to create skilled creative bri
