About the Role
As a Junior Performance Engineer, you will work with the Customer Success and technical teams to monitor and analyze the performance of solar PV plants. You will support the team in identifying performance issues, preparing reports, working with data analytics, and delivering insights to customers.
This role is suitable for a few interns,
fresh engineering graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience in solar PV, O&M;, plant operations, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and analyze the performance of solar PV plants.
• Support the team in identifying plant performance issues and potential faults.
• Assist in preparing weekly performance reports and impact analysis for PV sites.
• Support the preparation of client deliverables and performance-related reports.
• Work closely with data scientists and technical teams working on fault detection algorithms.
• Assist in analyzing plant data and identifying performance trends.
• Support customer communication and resolve basic technical queries.
• Participate in monthly performance review meetings with clients.
• Coordinate with in office teams when required for maintenance and performance-related activities.
