Role & Responsibilities
• Manage high-volume recruitment requirements.
• Source candidates for multiple positions through different recruitment channels.
• Contact candidates and explain job requirements and employment details.
• Screen and shortlist candidates according to role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate availability.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain daily recruitment reports and candidate trackers.
• Work on urgent and bulk hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding candidate status and requirements.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
