• Perform CAD study (CAD missing, CAD issues, Intersections)
• Candidate will be responsible for meshing Sheet metal, Plastic trims and Powertrain components as per safety standards
• Prepare input (CAD/BOM/NGD) data queries, connection/intersection, BOM etc. queries
• Apply BOM and applicable FE mechanisms/functions in the Safety models.
• Prepare the system model connections (Spot, Seam, adhesives, joints, Bolts) and analytical assemblies.
• Able to assign contacts interfaces, database (node/section/part/element).
• Perform de-penetration/intersection at full vehicle level.
• Able to do Full vehicle integration
