Oxford Instruments is seeking a Country Marketing Lead to strengthen our marketing impact in India and help deliver ambitious growth targets. This is an chance to shape how a global scientific technology business engages customers, supports partners and builds its presence in a growing market.

Drawing on broad B2B marketing experience, you will be the marketing partner for the India Sales team. You will develop and deliver approaches tailored to the Indian market, adapt content across multiple channels to generate leads and use evidence to demonstrate marketing’s value to the local sales organisation.





A significant proportion of revenue in India is currently generated through distributors, OEMs and indirect channels. You will support these channels while helping Oxford Instruments build stronger direct customer awareness, engagement and visibility in priority segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the key marketing partner for the India sales team, supporting customer engagement, campaign follow-up, account targeting, sales enablement and feedback on lead quality, objections and content needs.

• Develop and improve locally relevant communication channels for direct customer engagement. Select the most effective mix from email, webinars, social media, customer communities, events, WhatsApp and other channels suited to the Indian market.

• Identify opportunities to improve Oxford Instruments’ direct visibility and engagement with priority customers, while supporting effective distributor, OEM and partner-led activity.
