Role
We are looking for a VP / Principal to lead investment origination, credit evaluation, transaction structuring and execution, and portfolio management. The role involves building strong relationships with promoters, corporates, NBFCs, banks and financial intermediaries, while identifying investment opportunities and supporting fund deployment and fundraising activities.
What We’re Looking For
• 10–15 years of relevant experience, preferably with a private credit fund or NBFC in structured finance.
• MBA / CA / CFA qualification, preferably with an Engineering degree.
• Strong expertise in credit underwriting, financial modelling, risk assessment and investment evaluation.
• Experience in private credit, structured debt, special situations and end-to-end transaction execution.
• Ability to structure debt solutions, negotiate commercial terms and manage portfolio risks.
• Solid stakeholder management, relationship-building and leadership skills.
