- Supervise and manage finishing works at residential/commercial project sites.
- Ensure quality and timely completion of finishing activities as per project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects and other site teams.
- Handle civil finishing works including flooring, tiling, plaster, painting, false ceiling, doors, fixtures and other interior works.
- Monitor site progress, workmanship and material requirements.
- Conduct inspections and ensure proper rectification of defects.
- Maintain quality standards, safety practices and project timelines.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in luxury residential / high-rise projects will be preferred.
