- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Handle recruitment, selection, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes, and applicable statutory requirements.
- Support performance management, attendance, leave, and payroll-related activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and initiatives across the organization.
Preferred candidate profile
Preference will be given to candidates with prior HR experience in the hospital/healthcare industry.
