Role & responsibilities

1. CONTENT STRATEGY & PLANNING

Create and manage monthly social media content calendar for all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube)Develop engaging content ideas, captions, and campaigns as per brand voiceCoordinate with design and content team for creatives, reels, and videos

2. SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

Handle daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring of all social media handlesManage community engagement - reply to comments, DMs, and queries promptlyGrow followers and increase organic reach and engagement

3. PAID CAMPAIGNS & ADS

Run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and GoogleManage ad budget, targeting, and ROI reportingA/B testing of creatives and ad copies for better performance

4. ANALYTICS & REPORTING

Track KPIs like reach, engagement, followers growth, CTR,



and conversionsPrepare weekly and monthly performance reportsProvide insights and recommendations to improve performance

5. TREND & COMPETITOR ANALYSIS

Stay updated with latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changesResearch competitor activities and industry trendsImplement current ideas, reels formats, and trending hashtags

6. BRAND & LEAD GENERATION

Increase brand awareness and brand consistency across platformsDrive website traffic and generate leads through social mediaSupport sales team with social media leads and campaign data
