Location: Gurugram Complete Remote WFH

Candidates need to be from Delhi or Gurgaon (noida / ghaziabad / faridabad candidates not eligible)

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Process: Domestic / International Voice Process
Shift: Rotational Shifts & Weekly Offs
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

What You'll Do

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions.
- Assist customers with queries, product information, account-related concerns, and service requests.
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow quality guidelines and process standards.




- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Undergraduates, Graduates, and Final-Year Students can apply only if they don't need exam leaves and will have to appear as an ungraded candidate.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Customer-centric attitude with a willingness to learn.
