- The Hunt: Source, engage, and vet the best US non-IT talent using creative sourcing techniques across job portals and professional networks.
- Own the Cycle: Manage end-to-end recruitment. From the first interaction to the final offer letter,
you drive the process.
- Be the Bridge: Act as the primary connector between talented professionals and high-impact global projects.
- Build the Network: Cultivate strong candidate pipelines in high-demand technical and non-technical domains.
- Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven experience in US Non-IT Recruitment
- Domain Expertise: Experience hiring for Light Industry.
- Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)you can build rapport with candidates across the globe.
