We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our store team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and supporting day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their requirements.
Provide product information and recommend suitable products.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain strong product knowledge, including features, benefits, sizes, and availability.
Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards.
Ensure proper replenishment and availability of merchandise on the shop floor.
Assist with stock receiving, stock management, and inventory activities.
Support billing and other store operations when required.
Handle customer queries and provide a positive shopping experience.
Maintain store cleanliness, grooming, and overall store standards.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
