Role & responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout
- Handle onboarding and induction for current joiners, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files
- Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave records, and statutory compliance inputs
- Assist in payroll processing activities, including salary inputs, attendance and leave reconciliation, statutory

deductions, and coordination with the payroll team/vendor

- Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and employee handbook updates
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications
- Manage exit formalities including full and final settlement, exit interviews, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)




- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and grievances
- Support performance management processes, including appraisal cycles and documentation
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS as required by management

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 13 years of experience in an HR generalist or executive role
- Working knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS/HRMS tools and payroll software
- Working knowledge of payroll processing, including attendance and leave inputs, salary processing coordination,

statutory deductions, and payroll-related documentation
