Provide operational support for Core IP/MPLS, Routing, Switching, and backbone infrastructure within the NOC setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor backbone network health and performance.
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, MPLS, and transport issues.
- Manage incidents and participate in outage bridges.
- Coordinate with field operations, engineering, and vendors.
- Perform network validations after changes and maintenance.
