Role & Responsibilities

- Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to domestic customers
- Resolve queries, complaints, and service requests professionally and within the defined TAT




- Advise customers with transparent, accurate information about products and services
- Deliver a great experience on every call to keep satisfaction high
- Record call details correctly and keep CRM and records updated
- Follow process guidelines along with quality and compliance standards
- Escalate unresolved cases to the right team when needed

Candidate Requirement

- Excellent English communication skills
- Open to rotational shifts in a voice process
- A good listener with a customer-first mindset
- Able to stay composed and solve problems under pressure
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Must be based in Delhi NCR
