Role Overview

A dual-role position supporting the Director/Promoter on executive communication, content, social

media and analytical assignments, while also contributing to the Proprietary Trading Desk through

market analysis, reporting, MIS and risk-related coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Director/Promoter on day-to-day executive support, research, presentations,

communication and strategic follow-ups.

- Draft and write PR articles, opinion pieces, market commentary, speeches, notes and other

communication on behalf of the Director/Promoter.

- Manage and coordinate the Director/Promoters social media presence, including content planning,

drafting posts, publishing coordination, engagement tracking and maintaining a consistent skilled

voice.

- Develop finance and capital-market content for LinkedIn and other relevant platforms; convert market

developments and financial data into concise, high-quality communication.

- Monitor social-media performance and use a data-driven approach to evaluate reach, engagement,

audience growth and effectiveness of content/campaigns.

- Undertake company and sector research using fundamental financial analysis; should be well versed with

ROI, ROCE, ROE, P/E, P/B, EV/EBITDA, margins, leverage, cash flows and other key financial ratios.

- Analyse financial statements, business performance, industry trends and market data and prepare

concise analytical notes for the Director/Promoter.





- Collaborate with the risk team to monitor portfolio risks and provide pre- and post-market analysis,

reporting and MIS.

- Support documentation, account opening and legal/contract documentation related to the Proprietary

Trading Desk.

- Track relevant regulatory and market developments and provide regular updates.
- Coordinate CTCL ID audits and other desk-level compliance requirements.• Work with internal teams to obtain data, prepare dashboards/MIS and ensure timely closure of action

points.

Required Skills & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Finance preferred.
- Prior experience in financial services, capital markets, equity research, wealth management, broking or a

related finance role preferred.

- Excellent content writing, business writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write in the

voice of senior leadership.

- Hands-on understanding of social media management and content strategy, particularly LinkedIn and

other professional platforms.

- Strong financial and fundamental-analysis skills with a data-analytical mindset.
- Advanced Excel and strong presentation/MIS skills; ability to interpret data and convert it into actionable

insights.

- Good understanding of equity markets, derivatives and risk management; knowledge of option Greeks is

an advantage.

- NISM SORM / F&O; certification and knowledge of risk-management software would be an advantage.
- High level of discretion, ownership, attention to detail and ability to work closely with senior management

in a fast-paced environment.
