Role & responsibilities

- Prepare monthly, weekly and daily production plans based on demand and business requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Procurement, QA/QC and Warehouse teams.
- Monitor production schedules, capacity utilization and resolve bottlenecks.
- Maintain optimum RM, PM, WIP and FG inventory levels.
- Track procurement, vendor deliveries and material availability.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP/GDP and maintain accurate SAP/ERP data.
- Prepare MIS reports on production, inventory, OTIF and capacity utilization.
- Lead the PPIC team and implement SOPs and KPIs.
- Build SOPs and best practices for planning and inventory management processes

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a PPIC professional with 5+ years of experience in production planning and inventory management, with strong knowledge of SAP/MRP, production scheduling, capacity planning and supply coordination. The ideal candidate should have good analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills, with a robust focus on ensuring smooth production and optimum inventory levels.
