Role & responsibilities

1. Build, ship and maintain the mobile apps in Flutter for Android and iOS, used by our patients, their families and doctors.
2. Own features end to end: scoping, UI, API integration, testing, and release to the Play Store and App Store.
3. Keep the app rapid and stable on low-end Android devices by profiling performance, cutting app size and fixing crashes.
4. Handle sensitive health data responsibly, with secure storage, authentication and access control on the client.
5. Create documentations in non ai-sloppy & easy to understand manner.

Preferred candidate profile

1. [2-4] years of mobile development experience, with at least [1-2] years in Flutter and Dart.
2. At least one app shipped to the Play Store as well as App Store that is being used by real world users.
3.



Solid grasp of state management (Bloc, Riverpod or Provider), REST integration and local storage.
4. Must have proven track record of taking ownership, working well with ambiguity and caring deeply about the people using the product.
5. Need to have working knowledge of Kotlin to maintain our older apps.
6. Work experience with a startup in past would be a plus.
