Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketer with solid expertise in Facebook Ads and solid working knowledge of Google Ads. The role requires running and optimizing campaigns across both platforms so they work together to drive high-quality leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns for lead generation and admissions.
- Run and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing) so both platforms complement each other to achieve overall marketing goals.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, ensuring budget efficiency and lead quality.
- Conduct A/B testing across ad copies, creatives, and targeting strategies.
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create impactful ad creatives.




- Stay updated on advertising best practices and platform updates.

Requirements

- 24 years of proven experience in performance marketing, with strong expertise in Facebook Ads.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and reporting.
- Creative mindset with the ability to balance data-driven decisions.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing campaigns at scale.

Nice to Have

- Experience in education, edtech, or lead-generation industries.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zapier, or marketing automation platforms.
- Prior exposure to remarketing and multi-channel campaign strategies.
