Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Creative Designer to manage our social media presence and create visually engaging content for digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, creativity, branding, and social media trends, along with the ability to turn ideas into attractive and engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and skilled social media posts, banners, creatives, stories, reels, and promotional graphics.
- Design creative content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Develop social media creatives according to the company's brand identity and marketing requirements.
- Plan and design content for social media campaigns, promotions, festivals, events, and product/service launches.
- Create visually appealing short-form video content, reels, and basic motion graphics when required.
- Work closely with the marketing and content team to understand campaign requirements and convert ideas into creative designs.
- Maintain consistency in branding, colors, typography, layouts, and visual style across all platforms.
- Research current social media trends, design trends, formats, and competitor content to improve engagement.
- Resize and optimize creatives according to the requirements of different social media platforms.
- Assist in developing creative concepts for digital marketing campaigns and advertisements.
- Manage multiple design tasks and deliver creatives within deadlines.
- Make revisions and improvements based on feedback from the marketing/management team.
- Organize and maintain creative assets, templates, source files, and brand materials.

Required Skills





- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with Canva and other modern design tools.
- Knowledge of video editing and short-form content creation is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their creative formats.
- Good understanding of color combinations, typography, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create original and engaging design concepts.
- Good understanding of branding and maintaining visual consistency.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and ability to understand creative briefs.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and digital advertising.
- Knowledge of current Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube content trends.
- Basic understanding of AI-based creative and design tools.
- Experience in creating creatives for paid social media advertisements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or’ diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in graphic design, social media design, or digital marketing will be considered.
