We have an opening for Branch Operations Manager (BOM) - Liabilities in Retail Branch Banking.

Location: Gurgaon & Najafgarh
Experience: 5-7 Years
Qualification: Graduate
Age: Up to 35 Years

Reporting To: Branch Head

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall branch operations, customer service, and compliance.
- Handle cash management, vault operations, and daily reconciliations.
- Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, RBI, and internal audit guidelines.
- Process and authorize RTGS, NEFT, DD, and other banking transactions.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints within defined timelines.
- Maintain security stationery, passbooks, and branch records.
- Supervise CSOs and branch operations staff.




- Support branch business targets through CASA and cross-selling activities.
- Coordinate with ATM vendors and service providers for smooth branch functioning.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5 years of branch banking operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of retail banking operations, compliance, and audits.
- Experience in team handling and customer service.
- Valuable communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Banking
