Job Summary

We are looking for a CMS Technical Operations Specialist to manage website/CMS activities along with technical support and service operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on CMS experience, strong ticket-management skills, and the ability to coordinate with technical teams and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

CMS Website Operations

- Manage website content updates, publishing, pages, banners, forms and other components.
- Provide support and manage operational requests for US-based and international clients.
- Update directories, profiles, calendars, events and downloadable resources.
- Handle bulk uploads, resource linking and broken-link fixes.
- Perform basic HTML/CSS and website formatting updates.
- Conduct website QA and support accessibility/content-quality improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates.

Technical Operations

- Manage support tickets through Zendesk, Jira or similar tools.
- Coordinate SSL renewals, CSR requests and certificate activities.
- Handle IP whitelisting, Apache restart and test-instance refresh requests.
- Coordinate DevOps-related requests and schedules.
- Monitor SLAs, ticket ageing and resolution timelines.
- Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when required.
- Communicate with customers using approved processes and templates.

Required Skills





- 3-5 years of experience in CMS, website operations, technical support or IT service operations.
- Hands-on experience with a CMS platform.
- Experience with Zendesk, Jira or similar ticketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, SSL, CSR and IP whitelisting.
- Understanding of web/server operations and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong documentation, communication and task-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Preferred

- Experience supporting US-based or international clients.
- Experience in SaaS, EdTech or technology organizations.
- Exposure to both CMS/content operations and technical support.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a qualified who can independently manage both CMS operations and technical support, from content updates and QA to ticket management, troubleshooting, SLA tracking and escalation.
