Role: Telecounsellor (Voice Sales)
Location: Mayapuri, Delhi
Shift: Day shift
Working Days: 6 days a week, 1 rotational off
Interview mode- Face to face
About the Role
We are looking for confident, communicative Telecounsellors for our voice sales process. You will speak with prospective customers over the phone, understand their needs, explain our offerings, and convert enquiries into sales. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries from prospective customers
- Understand customer needs and counsel them on the right products or services
- Explain features, advantages, and pricing clearly and convincingly
- Handle objections and follow up with leads to close sales
- Achieve daily and monthly sales and call targets
- Update customer details, call outcomes, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM
- Maintain a polite, professional, and positive tone on every call
- Follow call scripts, company policies, and quality guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates (freshers): Welcome to apply
- Graduates (experienced): Minimum 6 months of sales experience (mandatory)
- Undergraduates: Minimum 1 year of sales experience (mandatory)
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work 6 days a week in a day shift
