Role Objective - Drive UGD business growth by identifying government infrastructure projects, developing key stakeholder relationships, influencing technical specifications and converting projects into business.
Role & responsibilities -
- Identify and develop opportunities in Sewerage, Drainage, STP & Urban Infrastructure projects.
- Track projects from DPR - Tender - Award - Execution.
- Build solid relationships with Government Departments, ULBs, Consultants, PMC and EPC Contractors.
- Conduct technical presentations and promote UGD solutions with consultants and project stakeholders.
- Drive product approvals, technical specifications and approved-make inclusion.
- Understand DPR, BOQ, tender specifications and project requirements.
- Engage EPC/contractors for product selection, commercial discussions and order conversion.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue and project conversion targets.
- Develop new markets, identify upcoming projects and maintain a strong project pipeline.
- Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing and customer requirements.
