About the Role

We are looking for a Pitch Deck & Business Presentation Specialist with strong presentation design skills and a good understanding of business and financial concepts.

The candidate will be responsible for creating professional pitch decks, investor presentations, business proposals, company profiles, financial presentations, and sales presentations. The ideal candidate should be able to understand business and financial data and convert it into clear, visually compelling, and persuasive presentations.

Key Responsibilities

- Create professional and visually engaging pitch decks, investor decks, business proposals, and corporate presentations.
- Understand business requirements and convert raw information into structured presentation content.
- Prepare presentations involving business models, revenue models, financial projections, market analysis, and business plans.
- Present financial information through clear charts, graphs, tables, dashboards, and infographics.
- Understand and interpret key financial metrics such as:

- Revenue
- Gross Profit & Net Profit
- EBITDA
- Operating Expenses
- Cash Flow
- Profit Margins
- ROI
- Break-even Analysis
- CAGR
- Valuation
- Financial Projections

- Develop investor-focused slides covering market opportunity, business model, financial performance, projections, funding requirements, and use of funds.
- Research industries, competitors, markets, and business trends to support presentation development.
- Ensure financial figures, calculations, charts, and business information are presented accurately.




- Work with management, business development, finance, and marketing teams to gather and validate information.
- Convert complex financial and business information into straightforward, professional, and easy-to-understand visual content.
- Create presentations based on client requirements and make revisions based on feedback.
- Maintain consistency in branding, formatting, design, and presentation quality.
- Manage multiple presentation projects and meet defined deadlines.

Required Skills

Presentation & Design

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of Canva and/or Google Slides.
- Strong understanding of presentation layouts, visual hierarchy, typography, and storytelling.
- Ability to create professional charts, graphs, tables, and infographics.

Business & Financial Knowledge – Mandatory

- Good understanding of basic accounting and financial concepts.
- Ability to read and understand Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
- Understanding of financial projections and business forecasting.
- Knowledge of revenue models, cost structures, profitability, margins, and ROI.
- Ability to work with financial data and present it accurately.
- Understanding of business valuation and investment-related concepts will be an advantage.
- Strong Excel skills for handling and analyzing financial data.

Preferred Skills

- Previous experience creating Investor Pitch Decks / Startup Pitch Decks.




- Experience preparing financial projections and business plans.
- Knowledge of market research and competitor analysis.
- Understanding of startup funding and investment presentations.
- Knowledge of financial modelling will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI presentation tools such as ChatGPT,Canva
- Knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator is an added advantage.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline such as:

- Finance
- Commerce
- Business Administration / Management

- Economics
- Graphic Design / Visual Communication
