Experience: 5 to 7 yrs

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Role - 1 year contractual role

Job Description-

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Systems Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
3 years of HRIS administration experience
2 years of direct Cornerstone OnDemand CSOD administration experience
Handson experience supporting Learning Management Systems LMS
Experience administering Performance Management solutions and processes
Experience supporting Succession Planning programs and talent review processes
Experience managing skills frameworks competency models or skills matrices
Robust analytical problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
Experience creating reports dashboards and data analysis
Excellent communication stakeholder management and customer service skills




Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting a global workforce
Cornerstone OnDemand certifications or formal training
Experience integrating Cornerstone with HRIS platforms such as Workday
Experience supporting talent management and learning processes in a large enterprise environment
Knowledge of organizational development leadership development and talent management .
