Vice President Talent Acquisition | Hyderabad & Chennai
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead and drive non-technology hiring initiatives. The role involves managing recruitment delivery, strengthening sourcing strategies, and mentoring a team of recruitment professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of recruiters and ensure timely delivery against hiring requirements and business expectations.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels to identify and engage relevant talent.
- Drive talent mapping, market research, and competitor insights to support hiring decisions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening through stakeholder coordination and closure.
- Monitor team performance, set priorities, and provide regular guidance and mentoring.
- Take ownership of recruitment projects and work as an individual contributor when required.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality talent solutions.
Candidate Profile:
- 7-16 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- 4-5+ years of experience in people management or team leadership.
- Strong expertise in non-technology hiring and sourcing.
- Valuable understanding of talent markets, talent intelligence, and market mapping.
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
