Senior Delivery Manager, Data & AI Programs

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Delivery Manager to lead large-scale Data, Cloud Data, Big Data, Analytics, and AI programs for our North America Banking and Financial Services clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience working in a Software Services organization, managing complex client delivery programs, large distributed teams, senior stakeholders, delivery governance, financials, risks, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery of large Data and AI programs for US Banking and Financial Services clients.
- Manage delivery across Big Data, Cloud Data platforms, Data Engineering, Analytics, AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI initiatives.
- Lead large distributed teams across offshore and onsite locations.
- Manage client stakeholders across business, technology, operations, risk, and compliance teams.
- Drive delivery governance, program reviews, steering committee updates, risk management, and escalation handling.
- Ensure delivery commitments are met across scope, schedule, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.
- Track and manage delivery financials including revenue, cost, margin, utilization, billing, and productivity.
- Partner with account and portfolio leadership to support delivery-led growth and client expansion.
- Drive delivery excellence through better processes, metrics, automation,



quality practices, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor program managers, project managers, architects, technical leads, and delivery teams.

Required Experience

- 15+ years of overall IT experience, with strong delivery management experience in a Software Services firm.
- 8+ years of experience managing Data, Cloud Data, Big Data, Analytics, or AI programs.
- Proven experience delivering programs for US or North America Banking and Financial Services clients.
- Experience managing large teams, preferably 100+ members across multiple workstreams.
- Strong experience in global delivery models with onsite and offshore teams.
- Experience managing complex programs using Agile, scaled Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.

Required Skills

- Strong program delivery, governance, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of modern data and AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, data lakes, lakehouse platforms, and data warehouses.
- Ability to manage senior client relationships, executive reviews, escalations, risks, and dependencies.
- Strong people leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performing teams.
- Positive commercial understanding of revenue, cost, margin, billing, utilization, scope management, and change requests.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Role & responsibilities
